After seeing the good results my friend Ryan Ozawa had stitching a panoramic photo out of iPhone 4 photos, I asked him which app he used. He replied:
AutoStitch Panorama 3.0 ($2.99 in the iTunes App Store)
He noted that it had recently been updated. The updates include:
