Author Iris Murdoch Titles Released As eBooks
Author Iris Murdoch‘s books going digital. Open Road Integrated Media is putting out eBook versions of ten different works from the British author on July 20th. This will include: A Word Child, The Italian Girl, and Bruno’s Dream.
Open Road is also releasing exclusive video interviews with the author’s widow John Bayley; Anne Rowe, the Director of the Centre for Iris Murdoch Studies at Kingston University; and Murdoch’s friend and literary colleague Josephine Hart.
Murdoch’s work explores the philosophical aspects of human development and what it means to live a good life and to love.
Murdoch passed away in 1999, after struggling with Alzheimer’s.
