As day three at CES kicked off with brilliant sunshine flooding the Las Vegas Strip and slightly less frenetic activity on the convention floor, Adweek caught up with Glen Hartman, senior managing director of Accenture Interactive in North America, to talk about global responsibility for Accenture’s digital marketing, platforms and operations offerings.

Following days of brand client meetings, Hartman wrapped his CES experience with the strong sense that customer centricity has really started to take hold as a true north, shaped by a suite of rapidly evolving innovations and data-enhanced empathy for clients of all types. Understanding and supporting that empathy shift is also Accenture Interactive’s focus for the future as customer experience marketing moves past personalization to deeper connections and engagements for brand marketers with customers.
