7-Year Old YouTube Rapper Spoofs Will Smith's Daughter

It's pretty impressive that Will Smith's daughter Willow recorded the hit single 'Whip My Hair' at 10 years of age. But 7-year old rapper MattyB's parody of her song is pretty impressive as well.

It’s pretty impressive that Will Smith’s daughter Willow recorded the hit single ‘Whip My Hair’ at 10 years of age. But 7-year old rapper MattyB’s parody of her song is pretty impressive as well.

MattyB has been rapping and covering pop songs on YouTube since last May, doing all he can to be discovered, and he’s doing pretty well. His Bruno Mars ‘Just the Way You Are’ cover, dedicated to his 4-year old sister with special needs, has over 2 million views, and his Justin Bieber cover has almost as many. At just seven years old, this kid’s got talent.

While MattyB hasn’t reached the success of other young YouTube stars like Greyson Chance or Justin Bieber, he is doing pretty well for himself, especially when you take into consideration the fact that he was born less than a decade ago. He’s got over 21,000 followers on Twitter, over 22,000 Facebook fans, and a cousin that’s a popular YouTube rapper as well to help him along.

Check out MattyB’s ‘Whip My Hair’ Parody/Remix below. It’s already got over 355,000 views in two days, due in part to MattyB’s talent (for sure), but also to the fact that seeing 7-year olds whip their hair back and forth is pretty hilarious. Do you think we’ll be seeing a lot more of MattyB in the future?
