The end of Beyoncé’s performance was the most-discussed moment on Twitter during the 59th Annual Grammy Awards Sunday night, while Adele topped Facebook conversation by winning Record of the Year for Hello and Album of the Year for 25.
Twitter head of music talent Lance Turner said in a blog post that the three most-discussed moments on Twitter during Sunday night’s event were:
- The end of Beyoncé’s performance
- Adele wins Record of the Year for 25
- The end of Adele’s tribute to George Michael
Meanwhile, Facebook said in an email to Social Pro Daily that the five most-talked-about moments during the Grammys were:
- Adele wins Record of the Year for Hello and Album of the Year for 25
- Lady Gaga and Metallica Perform Moth Into Flame
- Beyoncé Performs Love Drought and Sand Castles
- Adele Performs a tribute to George Michael
- Bruno Mars Performs What I Like
