Ikea is investing in digital by launching a new app—and expect changes to its retail stores’ maze-like showrooms, too.
The Swedish home furnishings retailer introduced the app for the U.S. market this week. The app allows customers access to their digital Ikea Family card to pay for purchases and request either home delivery or curbside pickup, while also providing product recommendations for inspiration.
