Zach Braff and Donald Faison Host a Musical Scrubs Reunion in T-Mobile's Third Ad

The carrier said it bought an extra ad slot to promote its home internet

T-Mobile is reuniting Scrubs stars Zach Braff and Donald Faison for a musical duet in a surprise third Super Bowl ad promoting the carrier’s new 5G home internet product.

The 30-second ad, produced by Panay Films, will air in the third quarter of the Big Game after the brand’s other two spots starring Miley Cyrus and Dolly Parton. T-Mobile CCO Peter DeLuca said the decision to air a third ad was made sometime after the first two slots were already locked in, but luckily for the brand, NBC was still able to accommodate the sale.
