Tracy Locke Adds Promos to Harrah’s Duties

DALLAS Tracy Locke has picked up the national promotional business of Harrah’s Casinos.

The Dallas Omnicom agency already handles corporate advertising for the Las Vegas-based casino, as well as media planning and buying for many of its properties.

The shop won the business in a review against undisclosed contenders. Chicago-based Draft handled a promotional assignment for the client last year. Billings are undisclosed.

Tracy Locke’s first promotion will launch in March. “Treasure Hunt” will promote a trip to Las Vegas to search for a $1 million prize. The effort will involve television, radio, print, direct mail and the Web.
