According to the European Commission, 42% of brands are guilty of wildly exaggerating their green credentials. As we race towards Earth Day, sustainability platform Wherefrom wants to do its bit to tackle the issue with a catchy pop song it hopes will inspire change.

“Stop the Wash” puts a humorous spin on the serious problem of greenwashing by adopting 120 ‘green’ slogans as the lyrics. There’s a clever twist: these lyrics are copyrightable under both UK and international law.
