The National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs are hiring Lara Krug as CMO, a newly created position charged with growing the team’s global fanbase.

As the club’s first-ever CMO, Krug will oversee all marketing functions, including brand marketing, community outreach, digital, social media, website operations, event entertainment and content production.

She will also implement strategies tied to global engagement, brand extensions, brand loyalty, digital following and audience scale across all platforms, according to the announcement.
