NEW YORK Lawyers for Saatchi & Saatchi yesterday fired back at former executive Mike Burns, calling his alleged scheme to lure away the agency’s General Mills account and 17 of its senior staffers, “a spectacular act of corporate perfidy,” executed by “a faithless servant” with a “frivolous countersuit.”

Papers filed this week ask the New York State Supreme Court to rule against Burns’ motion to dismiss a civil lawsuit brought against him by Saatchi in March.
