NEW YORK Razorfish said Sarah Baehr would serve as its new national media discipline leader.

Baehr, 41, replaces Jeff Lanctot, the Microsoft-owned digital shop’s longtime top media executive who was elevated in September to chief strategy officer. Baehr has been with Razorfish for four years as vp of media.

As top executive of Razorfish’s media planning and buying operations, Baehr will oversee spending that topped $735 million in 2007.

Prior to joining Razorfish, Baehr worked at OgilvyOne for seven years, including as a group planning director.
