Neiman Marcus is spending $85 million to upgrade its fulfillment centers, including a new order management system and warehouse system, as well as updating an existing distribution facility outside its Dallas headquarters.
It’s also bringing on a new executive vice president and chief product and technology officer, Bob Kupbens, who will focus on developing “new digital products and capabilities that enhance store, online and omnichannel experiences” at Neiman as well as Bergdorf Goodman, which it has owned since 1972.
