ARIZONACramer-Krasselt in Phoenix has added to its creative department, hiring Janette Eusebio as an art director and Mark Sarantos as a production artist.COLORADOBarnhart/CMI in Denver hired Jay McNeel as media planner/buyer.HAWAIIThe Shiller Group (TSG) in Honolulu promoted Claudine Kee to account executive. Kee was previously a media assistant and assistant account executive for the agency. NEVADAThe Rose/Glenn Group in Reno hired Melissa Reed as a public relations coordinator and Carrie Owen as a public relations specialist. The shop also hired Amanda Foster as an account coordinator. NORTHERN CALIFORNIAThe San Francisco Production Group (SFPG) has expanded its creative department by hiring Claire Doyle as art director. Julie Lehman was promoted to vice president of The Corsi Agency in San Francisco. Lehman was previously the shop's public relations director. Jim Stratton was hired by TeamToolz, the software division of Winkler Advertising in San Francisco, as director of sales and marketing. MediaGate, an Internet communications company in San Jose, hired Cindy Adams as director of marketing. Steve Hill was hired by Lighthouse Advertising & Design in Santa Clara as director of account services.SOUTHERN CALIFORNIAGreg Castronuovo was appointed vice president, national promotions, at Fox Broadcasting Co. in Los Angeles.Deborah Streicker-Fine was named president at Digital Domain Interactive Media in Venice. Prior to joining Digital Domain, Streicker-Fine was founder, president and chief executive officer of Cloud 9 Interactive. Media Dimensions, a San Diego-based marketing and communications agency, hired Michelle Mares as copywriter/account manager. Mares will handle creative strategy as well as copywriting duties for the agency's advertising and marketing departments. Thomas Conway was named senior vice president of corporate marketing for the Univision Television Group. He will help oversee all sales and marketing efforts for all of the stations in the group. Based in Los Angeles, he will report to co-president Thomas Arnost.
