L’Oréal has announced plans to promote Gretchen Saegh-Fleming to chief marketing officer.

L’Oréal’s current CMO, Marie Gulin-Merle, is leaving the company to serve as Calvin Klein’s new CMO after nearly four years as L’Oréal’s marketing chief. Gulin-Merle will start her new role in the spring, per a statement from Calvin Klein.

Saegh-Fleming currently serves as an svp within L’Oréal’s luxe division in the United States. Some of her most recent work includes leading the direct-to-consumer business for L’Oréal’s luxury brand portfolio.
