BOSTON Goodyear Tire & Rubber has moved the image portion of its $65 million ad account to Havas-owned Arnold without a review.

Omnicom Group’s Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco has handled Goodyear’s image ads for three years and developed the current tagline, “On the wings of Goodyear.”

“As we increase our marketing presence, it is essential that we coordinate our brand marketing and investment strategies. While Goodyear and Dunlop will retain distinct brand equities, a single agency will simplify planning and ensure coordination between our two cornerstone brands,” said Larry Mason, Goodyear’s president of consumer tires, North American Tire, in a statement.
