SAN FRANCISCO — Eddie Bauer has tapped Mullen to handle advertising efforts for its apparel division, according to a client representative.

Black Rocket Euro RSCG in San Francisco and Focus, a Seattle-based agency run by Omicom that uses the services of DDB Seattle, both pitched the business, which sources estimate to be worth $8-10 million.

The account was most recently handled by Lowe Lintas & Partners in San Francisco. Since Lowe here folded in May 2001, Eddie Bauer had not reassigned its business.
