NEW YORK The Advertising Council and the Office of National Drug Control Policy on Wednesday unveiled a TV and radio campaign that focuses on building community partnerships to help combat drug and alcohol abuse among young people.

The campaign, with pro-bono creative work by Interpublic Group’s Avrett, Free & Ginsberg, New York, attempts to illustrate community involvement and how it can affect the decisions kids make concerning drug use.
