Change is coming for Clorox. Today, the company announced three promotions, two of which will shake up its marketing department.

The first and most notable is the promotion of Eric Reynolds—who has served as Clorox’s CMO for nearly the past four years—to the role of executive vice president, overseeing cleaning and Burt’s Bees. Replacing him as CMO will be Stacey Grier, who previously served as vp of brand engagement and enhanced wellness marketing. Before joining Clorox in 2016, Grier worked in the advertising world, holding the title of chief strategy officer at DDB San Francisco, where she worked with Clorox.
