NEW YORK AQuantive said Wayne Wisehart would take over as its new chief financial officer.
Wisehart, 60, will replace Michael Vernon beginning March 27. Vernon announced his intention to leave the Seattle digital advertising company in November, following more than five years at aQuantive.
Wisehart comes to aQuantive from Western Wireless, a cellular company that Alltel bought in 2005. He was CFO at Western from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, he was CFO at Innerhost, a Web-hosting company.
