NEW YORK — The Ad Council Tuesday named six new members who will design a communications strategy for a national public service campaign in response to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11. William Cella, chairman of Magna Global USA; Peggy Conlon, president of the Ad Council; Phil Dusenberry, chairman of BBDO; Stephanie Kugelman, chief strategic officer of Young & Rubicam, Bruce Nelson, chief marketing officer of the Interpublic Group; and James Spaeth, president of the Advertising Research Foundation, will serve on the communications strategy task force.
