McCann Worldgroup has named Fernando Fascioli as its new president for Europe and the U.K., succeeding Mark Lund who is set to retire.

Fascioli, who began in the agency network’s Uruguayan offices in 1994, is currently the president of McCann Worldgroup Latin America & Caribbean, a position he has held since 2014. He will relocate to London to take on his new role.

“Fernando has grown a model of integrated marketing communications across the vast scope of the Latin American and Caribbean markets that aligns with what clients everywhere are looking for to drive business and brand growth,” said Chris Macdonald, chairman and chief executive of McCann.
