REI Goes Into Play

LOS ANGELES Outdoor clothing and sporting goods retailer REI is reviewing its $20 million creative and media account, the company confirmed.

“We’re looking to partner with an agency that understands our business and is just as passionate about the outdoors as we are,” said Megan Behrbaum, public affairs manager at the client.

The proposal request was due back Oct. 26 and a cut to a long list is expected as early as this week, per sources.
