BOSTON Former Fleishman-Hillard executive Steven Sugerman has pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud in relation to alleged overbilling on the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power account, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. FH is a unit of Omnicom Group.

Sugerman, 41, a former vp and director of the public affairs practice at FH’s office in Los Angeles, yesterday became the third former agency executive to be charged in the case.
