NEW YORK Digitas said Cella Irvine, a former Microsoft and Hearst executive, would join the company as chief administrative officer.
Irvine, who begins work on March 31, will oversee all administrative units of the Boston-based agency group, including public relations, information technology, legal and strategic design.
Jeff Cote, who served as both chief financial officer and chief administrative officer, is leaving Digitas on April 1 to become chief operating officer at Ropes & Gray, a Boston law firm.
