We are so focused on all the magazines and newspapers that are closing, losing ad revenue and cutting staff, we’ve almost completely forgotten that there are some magazines that are actually growing right now. Guess what, Silicon Alley reports there are 28 magazines that have actually grown this year! Ummm, hooray!?
So who is it? Who are the few lucky magazines that have actually prospered in the first quarter—when the magazine industry as a whole has shown a revenue decline of 20.2 percent?
