SAN FRANCISCO — Advanced Micro Devices has awarded its $25-30 million business to McCann-Erikson in San Francisco, according to West Hollywood, Calif.-based Select Resources International, the consultant in the review.

The other finalists in the review were Young & Rubicam in San Francisco and LB Works in Chicago.

The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based client is the number two microprocessor manufacturer worldwide, behind Intel.

Domestic advertising was previously handled by Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston. Publicis in London has worked on the client’s European account.
