Arian, Lowe & Travis Lays Off Most of Staff

Leaders from Glossier, Shopify, Mastercard and more will take the stage at Brandweek to share what strategies set them apart and how they incorporate the most valued emerging trends. Register to join us this September 23–26 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Arian, Lowe & Travis here has laid off 20 employees, the bulk of its staff, following budget cuts by client Compuware, said Daryl Travis, who owns the shop.

With only eight employees left, Travis said he’s considering merging ALT with sister company Brand Trust Consulting, which uses contract employees to offer strategic and management consulting.

Once one of Chicago’s top creative boutiques, the 10-year-old ALT retains advertising clients Loyola University Health System, Amway, Armstrong Tool and the Harvard Business Review in addition to Compuware, Travis said.
