Nine out of 10 Internet shoppers enjoyed their holiday shopping experience, NPD e-Visory of Port Washington, N.Y., said Monday.
In a study to be released next month, the Web consultancy says 57 percent of shoppers bought something online during the November-December period were extremely satisfied, versus 8 percent who were dissatisfied.
However, 68 percent of those polled said they had difficulty buying online. Of those, 31 percent of them blamed inventory, while 21 percent couldn’t pinpoint the problem, according to NPD.
