MySpace Promotes Friedman to SVP, Ad Sales, West
MySpace promoted Shari Friedman to senior vice president, advertising sales, West, where she will oversee branded sales and relationship development with major advertising partners in the region, reporting to chief revenue officer Nada Stirratt.
Friedman had been VP of entertainment sales since 2006, building the social-networking site’s entertainment vertical and developing campaigns for feature films including The Dark Knight, The Proposal and The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
Prior to MySpace, she spent six years at AOL, reaching the post of regional sales director.
