CHICAGO – Bayer Bess Vanderwarker is involved in a search for a high-level creative director to fill the spot of former creative head Tony Vanderwarker, who left the agency 10 months ago.
Since then, Gary Bayer has taken over responsibility for the creative product and has had two creative directors – Bernie Pitzel and Greg Gwynne – reporting to him. Pitzel left the agency to pursue a directing career earlier this year, leaving the agency with one senior group creative director.
