The National Basketball Association released its completely overhauled NBA App Tuesday, a product of NBA Digital, the league’s joint venture with Warner Bros. Discovery, with Microsoft Azure powering its personalized user experience.
Microsoft has been the NBA’s official cloud partner since 2020, and the league and Microsoft Azure worked together to develop a platform focused on personalization and content curation via artificial intelligence, learning users’ preferences over time and surfacing tailored content that dynamically scales and adapts based on how much the fan interacts with the application.
