Costa Coffee has released a campaign using TikTok’s content-serving algorithm to deliver a personalized message to fans of the British high-street chain.
Working with AnalogFolk, the brand’s “Costa For You” campaign uses the For You page (FYP) on the app to serve up a menu suggestion based on the user’s TikTok browsing history.
There are 14 videos available, each featuring a pair of eyes and a mouth offering information to the viewer about different ways they can enjoy a coffee from the company.
