Facebook added user age range, birthday and friends to the options developer can select for their applications when using its Limited Login functionality.

There are currently two distinct modes for Facebook Login: Classic Login, which enables app users to create new accounts or access existing accounts, while giving apps access (with Facebook approval and user consent) to certain Facebook data with the aim of improving users’ experience on the app; and Limited Login, under which developers receive access to user data at a point in time, and the fact that someone used Facebook Login with an iOS app will not be used to personalize or measure ad effectiveness.
