Plenty of people are out of work due to the pandemic. In December, the U.S. unemployment rate remained stuck at 6.7%—a historically high number.

It’s in this context that the online job site Indeed has decided to run its first Super Bowl commercial. The 60-second spot, created by 72andSunny, will appear during the first quarter.

The ad, which will feature real people looking for work, is designed to give job seekers hope and inspiration in what can often be a frustrating and discouraging process.
