Rafael Rizuto will be the new chief creative officer at BBH New York, the agency announced today.

Most recently, Rizuto served as CCO for TBD, the San Francisco-based agency he founded with innovation strategist Virginia Wang and Argonaut founder Jordan Warren in 2017. Prior to that, he was an executive creative director for 180LA.

At BBH New York, Rizuto takes the place of former CCO Gerard Caputo, who left the post in January to join Wieden + Kennedy New York as creative director.

“[Rizuto] has a remarkable track record of developing brilliant ideas that people care about, for everyone from big brands to pro bono organizations,” said a BBH New York spokesperson.
