Terry Kent has been appointed general manager of TNS Media North America, a unit of Taylor Nelson Sofres, which WPP Group acquired last year for nearly $2.2 billion. Dean DeBiase, who had led the company, is leaving, per TNS, which was folded into WPP research company Kantar after the acquisition.
TNS Media is an entity that was created in 2008 to expand digital measurement capabilities and to offer clients a single platform for delivery of services.
