B&N Launches Tikatok Nook App, Kids Writing Contest
Tikatok.com, a children’s online book community owned by Barnes & Noble, has released a free app available exclusively on the Nook Color.
The app lets kids create and publish their own eBooks on the Nook Color. Users can creat stories on the device and submit them to be published into hard, softcover or eBooks. The app includes an art gallery, decorative backgrounds and book titles for kids to use as kindling for their ideas. The app also lets kids read books by other kids.
