Reach Mobile is about to make three mothers very happy on Mother’s Day.
The company is based in Boston, but it is a completely digital brand, with no storefronts, head of marketing Stephanie Walsh told Adweek, adding that customers sign up online and get their welcome kits in the mail.
Reach Mobile is ranked No. 1 for customer service by Trustpilot, and the carrier invests 10% of its data costs into granting free mobile access to women and students in need.
The purpose-driven mobile carrier’s “Get a Plan, Give a Plan” program has equipped more than 600 women and students to date with free mobile connections to pursue their education and livelihood.
