Yahoo to Join Crowded Digital/Social Space With #HashOut

List of panelists suggests a heavy politics focus

It would appear everyone is looking to bring the social arm of the Internet into the digital video sphere. Yesterday, The Huffington Post kicked off HuffPost Live, a sometimes manic 12-hours-per-day swatch of live programming geared toward providing a democratic and socially driven take on the news of the day. Today, Yahoo says it will share some details on its newest project, a socially driven talk show called #HashOut.

#HashOut will be featured as a part of Yahoo News and will feature a wide variety of panelists, who will ostensibly take part in a conversation that will be led or heavily influenced by social participation.
