As we reported on Wednesday, there’s been some confusion about the role of outgoing Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.’s CEO Jack Kliger. Is he the chairman, as we thought? Or is he getting the boot from Elle‘s publisher?

For clarification on Jack Kliger’s role at Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., he is senior advisor to HFM U.S. president and CEO Alain Lemarchand through the end of the year.
