Warrens Sticks Up For NYT
This morning on MSNBC, the Chicago Tribune’s Jim Warren addressed charges by superlawyer Bob Bennett that the New York Times would rather be wrong than be scooped (which Warren called “absurd”):
I don’t know what went on in that process but I know the people at the top of that paper and that is not a motivation for them, that they would go out and stick a story that they knew was wrong because the small circulation New Republic was on their trail? Please.
