Image agency ID in Portland, Ore., has tapped Gerald Tucker as vice president and creative director. Tucker, who has relocated to Portland from Austin, Texas, was previously vice president of creative services at SicolaMartin. His experience includes developing and managing image communications programs for clients such as IBM, Motorola and Compaq.
