Facebook's Q3 Ad Revenues Were Up 45% and Totaled $4.3 Billion

Mobile sales continue to show hugely positive signs

Facebook's advertising sales increased 45 percent year over year in the third quarter to $4.3 billion, the Menlo Park, Calif.-based company revealed today in its earnings report.

Mobile revenue accounted for 78 percent of all ad sales, which marks a 66 percent increase when compared to how mobile versus desktop advertising broke out during the same period last year. During the earnings call late on Wednesday, the tech giant said its mobile ad revenue was $3.4
