Crispin Porter + Bogusky named a new CEO today, filling the position from within after searching outside the agency.

Previous co-chief creative officer Andrew Keller, 40, assumes the top post, replacing Jeff Hicks, who shifts to vice chairman. At the same time, the shop’s other co-CCO, Rob Reilly, 41, and director of content management Jeff Steinhour, 46, have become worldwide chief creative officer and president, respectively.

The moves come in the wake of co-chairman Alex Bogusky’s July exit and as MDC Partners CEO Miles Nadal seeks to make Crispin a bona fide global player.
