Reddit took its Polls feature up a notch with its debut of Predictions, which it has been testing with select communities on its platform for nearly one year.

The platform said in a blog post Wednesday, “At Reddit, we’re constantly looking for new ways to enhance engagement among Redditors and communities. Part of this process is testing new features and seeing what sticks for Redditors and moderators in Reddit’s vast ecosystem.”

Predictions enables Redditors to display their knowledge of a given topic by joining Predictions Tournaments in their favorite subreddits and projecting the answers to questions such as, “Who will win the game tomorrow?” or “Which character will meet their fate in the next episode?”
