Facebook: How to Stop Friends From Posting on Your Profile

By default, Facebook allows users to post on their friends’ profiles. However, users can also stop their Facebook friends from being able to post on their profiles.

Our guide will show you how to stop your Facebook friends from being able to post on your profile from within the Facebook mobile application.

Step 1: Tap the “Menu” icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap “Settings & privacy.”

Step 3: Tap “Settings.”

Step 4: Scroll down the to “Audience and visibility” section and tap “Profile and Tagging.”

Step 5: Under the “Viewing and Sharing” section, tap “Who can post on your profile?”

Step 6: Tap “Only me” to stop your friends from being able to post on your Facebook profile.
