Facebook extended its Brand Collabs Manager to public groups this week, as it promised during its Facebook Communities Summit at the beginning of October.

Brand Collabs Manager—a marketplace that enables brands to link with the creators who are most relevant to promote their products and services—was previously available only to pages and Instagram.

Once group administrators apply for access here, they can collaborate with brands to create campaigns, tapping into brands’ relevant audiences in spaces that people trust and giving group admins the opportunity to earn money.

Facebook said in a blog post this week, “We’re rolling out Brand Collabs Manager to public groups first and will continue to evaluate other ways that we can help both public and private group admins serve and sustain their communities.”
