Did you know that you can mute the servers you’ve joined on Discord? When you mute a server, you’ll still remain a member of the server, but you’ll stop receiving notifications about new messages unless you’re specifically mentioned in a message. Our guide will show you how to mute a server in the Discord mobile application.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the Discord application on iOS.

Step 1: While viewing a channel in a server, tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Tap the three dots to the right of the server name at the top of the screen.
