Will C-SPAN Air This?
C-SPAN was at a National Journal/Google event Wednesday in which Christopher Hitchens said he was so happy about the Clinton campaign’s implosion that he’s “about to have an orgasm in my pants.” (See similar comments picked up on by HuffPo’s Sam Stein).
Answer? Yes of course they will air it. Because C-SPAN don’t censor. Which is why we love them.
This isn’t the first time Christopher Hitchens has caused problems for C-SPAN: When he was a contestant in DC’s Funniest Celebrity contest years back (which C-SPAN tapes and broadcasts), his expletive-ridden routine made the C-SPAN folks cringe.
